Join a coaching cohort for ministry training that centers on the four quadrants of a healthy and effective ministry leader:
Calling - In this quadrant you will solidify your calling (purpose) from God as well as what that looks like in your life (having a vision for your life) as well as developing a strategy to accomplish it.
Character - In this quadrant you will develop a spiritual growth plan and specific actions and timelines to grow spiritually that develops our character. A healthy ministry depends on healthy leaders.
Competency - In this quadrant you will decide what specific courses you need to take to increase your competence in the area of ministry that matches your calling. You will begin courses in this quadrant.
Connections - In this quadrant you will focus on how to connect with the people in your ministry and beyond as well as how to solve conflict. You will also develop a plan for developing leaders around you.

How the Cohorts Work
Understand
Understand that you are entering into a coaching contract for at least six months. This coaching contract will be for one meeting per week for coaching and instruction (including course work for those who are taking the courses). The length of the meeting will depend on the needs of the cohort.
Consider
Consider the financial and time commitment to finish the cohort. The base fee for joining the cohort is $300 a month or a one-time fee of $1620 (included is a 10% discount). This price is for a six-month contract, if you want an additional six months the same fees will apply. This fee does not cover course materials.
Sign-Up
Hit the sign-up button to join a cohort, each cohort will consist of approximately 1-4 people who meet together and also take courses together.
Expect
After signing up and paying the either one-time fee or the monthly fee, expect a follow up email to set up an initial coaching session (within 24 hours).
